Sachin+Babi’s 2012 FW Collection Show

It was far from obvious that Sachin+Babi’s 2012 RTW Fall Collection show was their first one, yet. Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet was revamped into a high fashion runway with over 300 guests. Bloggers, socials, editors, and buyers filled the studio – all eager for the lights to dim, music to begin, and models to emerge in Sachin+Babi’s Fall/Winter 2012 line.
With silhouettes from flowing gowns to cinched waists, the runway looks were adorned with rabbit fur trimmed jackets, croc embossed leather skirts, floor length dresses of organza and tulle, and leather fitted tops with lattice embroidered ponte skirts. Sachin+Babi’s color pallete included the always prevalent black, powerful red, royal purple and deep emerald green – just some of Fall’s color trends that we are looking forward to. Although the line has only been around for a few years, the collection is sold in over 300 stores around the world, including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Bergdorf Goodman. The collection continues to grow and evolve, and is coveted by fashionista’s around the globe. You can check out all of Sachin+Babi’s 32 F/W ’12 looks on WWD.com by clicking here.
