Holiday Homes With Portico & Sur La Table

The weather may have just started warming up (insert happy dance here), but the holiday season has been on the minds of those at the helm of Portico Club. Partnering with kitchenware retailer Sur La Table, the two have created an ideal holiday environment that is centered around food!

Four of Portico’s destination homes will be turned into Holiday Homes beginning November 1 and running through the end of January 2014. The homes will be outfitted with products provided by Sur La Table as well as recipes and how-to guides to provide an amazing holiday experience.

Ahh Colorado…full of natural red marble and possibly considered the ski capital of North America (sorry Banff.) But besides all of the natural wonders that Colorado has to offer, the state is now dishing out meals like no other.

Leave it up to Portico Club to not only introduce a destination-inspired menu but to launch it in Colorado.

Chef Andreas Fischbacher of Carbondale’s Allegra Restaurant was the first culinary master to create a menu based on traditional state cuisine, and was featured in the Aspen Times Weekly. So roll up your sleeves and try your hand at these delicious foie gras crepes.
